NYU Langone Radiology—Hillcrest

Quick, convenient and friendly! I have been to many different places around NY for MRI’s and tried this place for the first time in December! What a relief, I had 4 tests done there already and will just keep going there, wonderful people and barely any wait time! Love it!

The worst experience and customer service I've ever had after checking in at 4:15 pm for a 4:45 pm appointment. At 5:03, a staff member came out to say, " You haven't been seen, have you?". She went to the back then returned to tell me that their machine wasn't working. I wasted precious time leaving work and maneuvering in heavy traffic just to be told this BS. At no time did anyone come out to inform me of this nor was there any communication regarding the same. The same lady had the nerve to say she wished I had asked earlier. Where is her accountability? The staff has a responsibility to inform and update patients? The customer service sucks and no one cares. After almost 20 years of going to this location, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Just letting others know that the GPS google, and waze might bring you on the opposite side of thw building. So search pluse instead to bring you right to the front entrance. Godbless you everyone who reads this. Have a Blessed and peaceful day in Jesus name !

Staff are compromised. Unprofessional. Sneaky people inside. All these i said for the observations i have made. I wouldn't doubt if they would even send wrong result to my doctor.

The worker Ana, very unprofessional. They dont take the time to help reach out to the doctor for referral verification. I even went into the hospital and got the clerical to call them and confirm the referral. They still claim they need to reschedule again. They are very unorganized. DO NOT GO HERE.
