Like other reviewers that say the facility is cold, clinical, and corporate. It has a very sterile feeling not warm or inviting. I rarely see any one I know. Even though there is plenty of staff to help guide you through the building it does not encourage friendly familiar faces to recognize and make you feel welcomed. I had been going to the previous facility for 20 years and I felt very comfortable and happy going there, I don't really care for this facility I rather do a telehealth appointment than go to 1111 Franklin Avenue Garden City.

I wish I could leave a -1 star. I have been coming here since they opened and they still cannot get their act together. I see an allergist whose office ran much better when it was operating alone on mineola. However, the entire building is run terribly. No one in any position dealing with clients has been trained. And if they have been trained OMG that would be unbelievable. I have so many issues I am just mention a couple because there wouldn’t be enough room for all the future bad reviews that are imminent. Last time I went in the middle of the afternoon I was told upfront it would be a very long wait. Clearly they knew this early this morning and never bothered to get in touch. The waiting room is just overflowing with sick people. But instead of just apologizing that they are runnin

I love them. They have made me feel safe for over 20 years since they name was Winthrop Hospital. I still get my care here. I had all four 9 of my children here. Would recommend to everyone.

While new and clean, the facility is cold, clinical, and corporate. The size and atmosphere caused me anxiety - the last thing one wants at a doctor's office. There are no paintings or posters on the walls, so there's nothing to focus on or distract while in the exam room waiting for the doctor. And there are no plants to soften the look of the place. It's just a grid of sterile halls and rooms, like a beehive. The place is huge, and I cannot imagine how difficult it would be if I had an elderly person with me using a cane or walker. I feel like the people who designed this place have never been a patient or taken a family member to appointments. And it seemed like anyone working there was unhappy and/or stressed. And with all the money spent on the building, I guess there's was nothing le

They use a phone service that consistently needs to “put you on hold to call a colleague.” I don’t know what the point of the phone service is if they can’t perform any functions. They don’t do basic testing (e.g. RSV) in the office. They write you an RX to get it done elsewhere but don’t actually check to make sure that the lab they send you to performs the testing either. Oh and getting their mistake fixed will take 48 hours… it would be so much easier I could actually just speak to someone in the office rather than being transferred around. I won’t be coming back. Also overheard someone asking to have something faxed to them… and the front desk staff said they couldn’t give that person a timeline of when it would be faxed… 24hrs?.. A week?.. nothing. Just an ambiguous, it may or may no
