NYU Langone Pediatric Associates —Mineola

I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Lawrence Fink. After just one visit, I knew he was the right choice as my children’s primary care physician. He is an outstanding pediatrician with an exceptional bedside manner—kind, patient, and attentive. He takes the time to listen and provides truly personalized care, making families feel comfortable and supported. Appointments are efficient with minimal wait times, which is especially important when caring for young or immunocompromised children. I would highly recommend Dr. Fink to both new and existing patients.

Awful. Doctor Mayoral is always on vacations. The staff is rude borderline aggressive. When we asked them to send over the paperwork via fax to our new pediatrician the person on the phone said "oh, so you wanna leave this practice? If you leave you cannot come back". They took over a week to fax the paperwork. Unbelievable.

My appointment for April 9th was scheduled a month ago, on March 10th. This morning, the office canceled it due to a doctor’s emergency call, which I understand. However, when I called to reschedule, the next available appointment was May 16th. If the office cannot accommodate both the doctor’s emergencies and patients’ urgent needs, it may be time to reassess their infrastructure and improve staff training to ensure better communication and service.

This is the only doctor I've felt comfortable bringing my son to since he was born. He was born at Winthrop and they have all of his records. They aren't an actual PCP but I get in where and when I can fit in. Sometimes it is hard to get an appointment right away, but the service is never lacking. I'm a bit surprised by all of the negative reviews, but it has been YEARS since that was posted. Overall I am satisfied with the service every time we come.

Receptionist extremely rude and aggressive towards me. Yelling and glaring at me for asking for help with the Kiosk on my first visit here. Receptionist continued to get up out of her seat and glared at me from across the room. no one should ever feel threatened for coming to the Doctors office. I'm only here because my child is sick and I was referred to the Dr. There are other offices.
