my significant other went in for an eco stress test and the staff was unfriendly the entire time, definitely did not help her calm down and feel at ease during a doctors visit. Tried to request a Female nurse but was ignored, she has bad experiences with males but still got a male nurse, and was also told what to do in a very rude manner. I will be filing a complaint against Lower Level D for inadequate and unprofessional patient care. The balance disregard for patient care and needs is astonishing.

40 minute wait for bloodwork. If I didn’t inquire no one would have said anything. All I got was a “they’re running late.” I haven’t had any issues before this but I came here to avoid the chaos of blood labs. That being said, the phlebotomist Rita is a delight.

People who work at the front desk on c1 weren't nice or professional, the place feel like emergency hospital. Even with appointment you wait

Front desk people are rude, Doctor who don't care, Staff don't know what they doing, How they even getting patients, I guess I was not the only one, who was desperate for critical child treatment.
