Nycoms: Dr. Michael H. Schwartz

Had upper jaw surgery in July 2021. I dont think I couldve found a better surgeon. Jaw surgery is simply part of Dr Schwartzs human nature, he can do it in his sleep. Also helped me get insurance that completely covered my procedure which was done for aesthetic purposes(usually aesthetics are never covered by insurance but Dr Schwartz got it done). Recovery was so easy, no pain, no discomfort, no problems. Sometimes I forget I even had jaw surgery because the process was so smooth. At 8 weeks I could eat anything. Most imprtantly life these past two years has been so great now that I have a normal jaw. So happy. If you want jaw surgery I dont understand NOT going with Dr Schwartz

I am giving this office a very poor review for a few reasons. Went to this office to get a diagnosis on my jaw. The office allowed me to fill out paperwork, and I get my exam. I am then billed for 300$ and told that my insurance does not cover my visit. I sat there puzzled because I did not understand how this is possible. I then am informed that they are out of network and that I must pay the bill. I go home and call the office, and speak to a secretary who claims that they had informed not only me, but my mother as well. The secretary was rude and unhelpful. Unless my mother and myself are both illiterate, (I have three years of college, my mother has a masters) than someone is lying. Dishonesty and a lack of integrity is something a doctors office should never hold as a standar

Muy buen doctor ,hace 15 días tuve mi cirugía de mandíbula y por ahora todo bien ,solo q tengo un inconveniente después de mi operación otro medico me esta biendo de la misma clínica pero lo siento incompetente no de ma indicaciones y solo me dice q esta bien ,mientras el doct michael me dijo q me daría indicaciones para después de mi cirugía, pero pediré q ya no me vea el otro medico porq no me siento segura con el .en cambio el doctor Michael te escucha y te aclara muchas dudas ,excelente médico
