You come in for the appointment wait an hour and 20 minutes to get called, you finally get called then proceed to wait another hour in the room. Ridiculous. You have to clear your entire schedule for the day for a 10 minute session with the Doctor just because of the wait. Never again.
Brought my dad here for a procedure with Dr. Guerges. Everyone is nice but the wait time is ridiculous. He had to wait over 2 hrs before seeing the doctor.
Dr. Mina Guerges is a vascular surgeon who performed laser surgery on both of my legs to ease the pain and discomfort of chronic venous insufficiency. Along with his very capable and understanding PA Sorena, all went very, very well. The office of NY Surgical Specialists in Fresh Meadows is modern and very well maintained. The front staff is exceptional and efficient. I highly recommend the team of Dr. Guerges and Sorena if you have vascular issues.
