Since when did we start thinking that delivering medicine is normal? It's for the convenience for customers and now it's become normal. To me, I can't go get medicine on time, so I'm always appreciate delivery, which is extra care for customers. Everything is done by people, sometimes mistakes can be made, but I'm always grateful for the help you've given me for so many years without any inconvenience. Thank you all of you and stay healthy.

Delivered my medication to a different patient’s location without my approval or even a phone call attempt letting me know that a medication is ready. The last time I had a medication sent to this pharmacy was over four years ago. The tech/rph claims it’s the patient’s fault for not letting the pharmacy know. Not letting the pharmacy know to not send my medication to a location (that I’ve never heard of) after over four years of not doing business with this pharmacy (let alone not knowing a medication was even sent or filled here)? A phone call to the patient to double check should be the first step. Also, an apology would’ve been appropriate for the inconvenience.

Arrogant and rude. If you don't speak Korean, you will be racially discriminated against, and the entrance is very dirty. Don't recommend coming here.
