Yunis was incredible and very cordial, walked in to the clinic and such a family vibe and they helped me the doctor was very chill and super friendly. Very educated besides being a doctor he is also a nurse. Yuni is definitely a great team member of the staff. I do not regret choosing this place as my primary care

My doctor is great and always there for my need explains everything what going . The young lady's are wonderful know matter what mood I am in they make it go away there very organized and professional at ther job wish there were more people like your staff at Nuvia Medical . DO NOT GO!!! There’s only one Dr there now and HE is RUDE and dismissive. Front desk now does not speak English or understand anything you ask. I’ve been going here for years and this is the worst it’s been. DONT FORGET TO CALL YOUR INSURANCE AND SUBMIT A COMPLAINT REQUEST FIRST, then Florida Board of Medicine, then You file a complaint through the Florida Department of Health website under medical quality assurance then Florida Department of Health - File online then U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights (for discrimination or retaliation). I can give my lawyers information if you need help.

I'm not one to complain. I've always been very happy with my doctors visit. This time my visit seem very unprofessional. The Doctor didn't even have my file in front of him. This was very disturbing to me he was writing my information on a yellow sticky note. The visit didn't feel thorough it felt rushed. I don't know it just didn't feel right. Doctor Rodriguez
