I had such a great experience with Teyla at Just for Kids in Boynton Beach! I was told I’d be receiving a referral, but when it never came through my email, I gave them a call to follow up. Teyla immediately jumped into action and stayed on the phone with me to make sure everything was taken care of. She didn’t just pass the issue along — she personally followed through until the referral was sent and confirmed. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care made what could’ve been a frustrating situation completely stress-free. It’s so refreshing to speak with someone who truly goes the extra mile to help. Wow we had the best experience with Dr. Angela Richardson at JFK pediatrics. I can’t believe how amazing she was with our son Oliver. She clearly loves working with kids and most importantly took our concerns seriously and made excellent recommendations. We are so thankful our friends recommended them and will for sure be using them in the future and for our second child on the way :) thank you for your outstanding service!

I absolutely love Sally, the NP — she’s wonderful and the main reason I still come here! The medical assistants are also great with the kids. Unfortunately, the management and front desk staff leave a lot to be desired. Other reviews are correct about them wrongly charging for medical records. If your child is on Medicaid and you’re requesting physicals or shot records for school, they are not allowed to charge you to email them. I also wouldn’t recommend taking your child here for ear piercings. The process felt unorganized and seemed like more of an inconvenience to the staff than a service. A much better option is Rowan in the Boca Mall, where piercings are done by licensed nurses.

It's too bad Ken the office manager and head of billing ruined this practice for us. The providers have been wonderful, sweet and knowledgeable but I couldn't fathom having to deal with the office staff for the remainder of our pediatric years. It would take 5-10 business days to get a response from billing "Ken." Sometimes he would just ignore me and then tell me "well it's because you didn't have 'Attention Ken' in your subject line that I didn't see it." He refused to speak to you on the phone. Everything required an office visit, everything. I wanted a referral for a speech evaluation, it required a $90 office visit. They nickel and dime you. The invoices don't make sense half the time and Ken responds in such riddles that you have no idea what money went where by the end of the conver

The customer service in this office is nonexistence. I don’t understand how can you have people representing your office who are not compassionate and empathetic towards moms. All the doctors have been great but the front office staff needs restraining ASAP. They are rude, unprofessional and quick temper.
