We gave birth to our second child here. Our first child was born here five years ago. We didn’t expect that their management and services have improved so quickly and so well. All the medical staff and workers are very professional and enthusiastic, especially the nurses. We stayed here for 5 days and came into contact with more than a dozen nurses. They will all take the initiative to consider and help you. In the past thirty years, this is the best service I have received in all the hospitals in all the countries I have visited!

DON'T GO TO VASSAR BROTHER'S HOSPITAL FOR ANYTHING!!!! My wife had chest pains that radiated down her entire left side so we came to Vassar knowing that due to flu season it might be a bit of a wait.. 8 hours later and still in the waiting room. She's only had her vitals done twice in 8 hours. When she began to cry due to her increased discomfort I went and asked to speak with a charge nurse and was told by one nurse he was coming to speak with me just to be told by another that he wasn't coming. It's all lies to cover up incompetence as well as complete disregard for someone obviously suffering. I'm beyond disgusted and appalled that an emergency room at a hospital is so poorly ran. To make matters worse since I've been here I've watched numerous people go into treatment area to have IV p

We waited over 5 hours to get 3 stiches. Bleeding through the wrap in the waiting room. Asked for more gauges and was ignored. Over all the hospital was disgusting and beyond unsanitary. The paper towel dispenser in the bathroom was held together with medical tape, I mean come on.

My 5 month old baby was just recently hospitalized with RSV. I was very pleased that the ER took her in to check her vital signs immediately since she was so little. I was so scared we would be waiting forever for her to get checked out! Once we were finally up in the peds unit, the nurses there took amazing care of her (and me). I was so happy with how attentive they all were, including the respiratory therapists that came in to give her treatments.

I hate this hospital. It's disgusting..the people who work there are disgusting. They treat patients like cattle. They left my elderly mother who is marked as a fall risk on the toilet for over 15 minutes by her self. While the "male nurse " was out side in the hallway bullshitting with someone about non hospital related shit. Because I sat by the door and listened. Screw this place. No wonder it's under 3 stars
