Never, ever go to the offices of Dr. Keller / Dr. De La Rosa for a Maternal Fetal Medicine appointment. I’ve been in and out of hospitals my entire life and never experienced anything like their practice. For one, they are an OB/GYN practice with a “strict no-children policy” at visits. At my first appointment, I waited a half hour before anyone could even tell me if I was in the right place. At my second, they tried to turn us away for being 10 minutes late after driving over an hour and taking off work for our much-anticipated anatomy scan. Never met such a rude nurse. She scoffed at me for clearing my throat and shoved a mask in my face, then berated me for wearing a jumper to an ultrasound. Waited 30-35 mins past my appt time and was finally called into the exam room. Waited another 20 mins, no Doctor. I just got up, went into the hallway, looked around and then walked out. No one even bothered, cared or followed up on my NON Visit.......So much for a caring health care system. 1 hour of wasted time........

Really don't believe this practice deserves any stars. I never even got to see a doctor. First appointment was with Dr. Elsagga for Sept. 11. Appointment was cancelled as I was told Dr. Elsagga was leaving the practice. Okay, things happen. They booked me with Dr. Coleman for Oct. 16. Second call tells me Dr. Coleman cannot see me. He has a family emergency and will be away ftom the pra time for an extended period. I am now given my third appointment with Dr. Spirit for Nov. 13. Receive a third call that asks me to "bear with us" and that they need to reschedule my appointment for, wait for it...April 1, 2025,of all days!!!! Cancelled! No, thank you. I'm done.
