I had an absolutely terrible experience at Nuvance Medical and would strongly advise against going there. My son is dealing with a real medical issue, and we called ahead to let them know we would be 15 minutes late, as we were driving a distance and he was relying on me for a ride. Despite this, the receptionist and doctor were completely inflexible. They refused to accommodate us, even though there were no other patients in the office at the time. We asked if we could wait and they said no. Their reasoning? A policy that made it "rude" to the doctor to see us after we were late. I called ahead to let them know I’d be 15 minutes late, and was told it was no problem. When I arrived, the receptionist greeted me with a smirk and told me I couldn’t be seen because I was late.
