After reading the reviews I was in a great dilemma whether to take my For a check up to Dr. Lane. After going there I can really tell that this was my best decision I ever took. He is so knowledgeable. His research work would tell you how good he is in diagnosing and finding a solution for eyesight issues. Because of his age he might take little longer time than usual to do the eye exam but I would say worth spending your time. Will definitely recommend him. But like many other reviews say consider 2 - 3 hrs you need to spend. Prepare yourself for that before visiting.

I am highly satisfied with Dr. Benjamin Lane when it comes to me and my family eye exams. yes, he is very detailed oriented. He does take his time. Dr. Lane is highly qualified Optometrist with many degrees from prestigious Universities. We are so used to of In and Out practices from other facilities. So when it comes to Nutritional Optometry, we expect the same 10-15 minutes tops, just like other providers without realizing we do need a thorough eye exam. When I first visited Dr. Lane office many years ago as a result of my regular optometrist has no availability in the last month of the year, i was thankful that she was unable to take me, because I found Nutritional Optometry. Great experience! Dr.Ben, THE BEST doctor I have ever seen! Hard to find such a doctor these days. Not of a type to take several appointments to make money. Came here for my annual eye checkup. Dr.Ben took about an hour for each person in my family to examine on aspects in detail and made me understand how to take proper care for eyes. Helped me find a best glasses and lens for my eyes. Explained the nutritional factors that help for healthy eye sight. He gave me a good insight on my overall eye health. I plan to revisit Dr.Ben for all my future eye care needs. Thank you Dr.Ben!

There is a depth and breadth of knowledge here that I suspect cannot be found in almost any other optometrist offices in the area. Dr Ben Lane gave me far and away the most thorough examination and explanation I've ever gotten from an optometrist. He is a published and still publishing scientist in the field of nutritional optomology, highly educated and carrying an overwhelming breadth of experience. I especially recommend patients with degenerative or other disorders such as glaucoma to come here as his combination of nutritional and medicinal therapies appears to be expertly tailored to the individual, with explanations of why he's doing what every step of the way.
