The experience was wonderful! They are full and overwhelmed in the best way. They keep you informed, they are experienced and truly care for your pets. I cried on the way home but was worth the wait. Worth the drive.. I had a bad experience with POA of Hartford and now I have a healthy house cat. They fixed his umbilical hernia and helped us with tapeworm medicine 💛🫶🏼

They are sweet and very organized, as you know everything (price) has gone up, but my pit came out happy and healed will. I think that is what matters, in 3 days she was playing with big crazy brother.

I took yesterday my Luna to be spay. They did an excellent, quick and less expensive service. They also educate people about post-operation instructions. I would definitely recommend to others.

Care, compassion and knowledge are by far the best I have ever experienced. Excellent communication, instructions, expectations, FAQS. Arrival/departure process was flawless. Nutmeg was the only place that would take a feral cat without a rabies vaccination. They were wonderful. They responded to my voice message very promptly and scheduled an appointment. They were great about giving us information and the drop-off in the morning was very efficient. There was a line of people waiting to drop off their cats. We were probably about the twelfth in line and it took about 10 minutes in total. They called in the afternoon to say the cat was doing well and that we could pick up her up earlier than expected. The cat did great. She got her rabies and FVRCP vaccinations too. The price for a feral cat was extremely reasonable. From my one experience with Nutmeg, I highly recommend them.
