Nurture Massage Spa

This past spring I sustained a fairly serious back injury due to a fall. I was having constant debilitating back spasms that were not responding to pain medication. I had frequented Nurture previously and decided to schedule deep tissue work with Lisa, hoping it would lessen my pain and facilitate healing. She is experienced and was able to immediately identify the problem areas and release the spasms. Eventually, after a few months, my fracture healed, and her soft tissue work helped speed along my recovery. I had been given a referral to another specialized provider, but costs were prohibitive. I had Lisa for a 1hr deep tissue and foot massage. She knew what she was doing and was very friendly! Would go again.

Lisa was very kind and would check in asking how I was doing and if the pressure was alright. I will be coming back in the future : ) I’ll probably get the foot massage too

Wow. What a wonderful massage. I had previously taken off of work to get a massage appointment somewhere else. Then, an hour before my massage the other place called to cancel. I haven’t been to a massage in over four years so to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I called a dozen places and no one could get me in the same day. My last call was to nurture spa and she said yes, come today! I was so excited. Lisa did a wonderful job. Very professional and kind. I carry lots of tension and stress in my shoulders. She used the right amount of pressure and I had no problem communicating to use less or more pressure and what areas I wanted to focus on. About a month ago I started CrossFit and heavy lifting. From the workout I get at my job and going to the gym, I needed a massage and went to Nurture Spa.. When I walked in, I was greeted with the most beautiful smile.
