Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of New Port Richey

Our experience at Nursing and Rehab Center of New Port Richey has been excellent! Our representative Wanda Pollard worked with us relentlessly communicating between the insurance co. and us. She was available 24/7 and made the process tolerable. The staff has been very helpful and caring to my husband. We are very happy and have peace of mind with my husband being here to recover.

Staff was very nice and had good interaction with the patients from what I saw. Upbeat atmosphere. Event coordinator is a gem!✨✨✨my father has been in a few rehabilitation centers and this is truly the most caring staff all around.

Michael and Heather and the front office ladies along with social worker Veronica are terrific people, but it is one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever been to. Besides the front hallway that you walk through to get to the other wings every other wings smells like urine., The floors are sticky, dirty disgusting mess. The rooms are horrible. No one is ever around, and I spoke to someone recently about it because I said in my review when checking out That the cleanliness was horrific they called me and she basically said they have enough staff because I don’t think they have enough staff to go around for all these seniors they need so much care and so much help and they barely are in the rooms. They barely get changed. They don’t come when the patient press the call button maybe they’ll come a

My father in law went in. They wouldn't give him a walker so he could use the bathroom. They told him to wait till tomorrow. So my wife had to drive an hour to deliver him his walker at 8pm. It's a good thing she went and not me, because I would have probably gotten thrown out. Do not recommend.

Professional quick response times excellent nurses even the front desk is welcoming great activities attentive care highly recommend My Mom is happy and thriving there. CHEF ANTHONY talented and accommodating to tastes even picky eaters LOVE his cuisine.
