Had the chance to use NEO for a PALS recert. Very easy to work with, very communicative from the start and easy to schedule. Mike was my instructor, he made the class engaging, informative on new updates, and realities of the in hospital experiences that arise. Left feeling like my time was valued, my questions were answered and knowledge was ready to be put into practice. I’ll be coming back for my recerts, what a great experience.

Had a wonderful experience there today to renew my BLS and first time for ACLS. Laura is a great instructor. I actually learned new things that I can apply to my work and I’m interested in furthering my knowledge from today’s lesson. She took extra time with me to do an additional review for the ACLS portion while the other two students took their exams, which I felt helped me be more confident in taking the test after. Laura was kind, informative and patient and I truly appreciate that! I highly recommend NEO!

I really enjoy the classes at NEO and the drive from east county makes it worth it. This was my third time (6years) now for BLS/ACLS. The instructors have years of in-hospital experience which is a much better teaching tool. The classes are always interesting and fun because of the instructors. This was my first class with Mike and it was fantastic, he is so knowledgeable and experienced. I also plan on doing on line classes for the rest of my 30 CEU needed.

I had an amazing experience getting my NRP through Nurses Educational Opportunities. Chaela was a fantastic instructor. She was extremely knowledgeable and had a calm demeanor which made me feel very comfortable. The information was explain and demonstrated thoroughly. I learned a lot and feel more confident in my NRP skills.

I had the great pleasure of taking an ACLS class at NEO today. Mike is an amazing instructor, with a clear and concise style, and entertaining as well. The material was presented very well, and there was zero stress involved the whole time, even with the megacode, because Mike made the coursework easy to understand and absorb. Also, covid compliant. I felt so good about the experience, I signed up for PALS!
