They should remove "nurse" and for sure "care" from their name. Believe all of the negative reviews and none of the misinformation they provide. As for that, the system and management have changed, and all the new staff are in place.etc. Storke patient that supposed get prep and ready to go home after a few months was transferred to this center and only after 36 hrs was end up in ICU! Turned out none of his medications were given. We were lucky that he had attack when we were with him since there were no nurse and even when they came they asked us if an ambulance needs to be called!!! Zero F is given. How the heck this place hasn't been shut down? How someone can be so careless toward another human being. Oh, and to show how careless they are, next day, after patient was transferred to ICU

believe the 1 star reviews staff is underpaid and over worked. The lack of care and empathy that the patients receive prove this. The social worker, Yolanda, talks over and gaslights patientsand family members. This woman is petty and vindictive. Physical therapy is good, when they actually have time to come around. Not enough people working to provide the quality care that is needed to recovering patients. The place is old and empty. Even the common area doesn't have adequate entertainment or places to sit for the residents.

This place was the worst. And they haven’t heard the last from me. elderly abuse at its finest. They fired the people who actually cared. The best nurse director who was actually trying to make changes. My story is very long. You will see my news interview it’s to long to type. I want this place shut down. The way they treated my mom words can’t describe. The wound care team was amazing. But those CNA’s should go back to whatever fast food restaurant they came from. One of the CNA’s left my mom’s wound uncovered and bugs were flying in her wound I took a video of it. The CNA was never fired they just never made my mom her patient again. The countless times she went to the hospital and the nurses let her sit there and lied and didn’t call the ambulance. I had to. My story is long but I have

My Grandmother is here the staff is unprofessional, discourteous, rude, from the Director of Nurses, Asst. Director of Nurses, the people that answer phones, the caregivers, the floor nurses, and everyone I’ve ever interacted with on behalf of my Grandmother! These people curse and play on their phones more than they adhere to the care of the residents in the facility. I went to visit my Grandmother there were bats flying around because she hadn’t been changed and she’s bedridden! I will keep calling nursing advocates on them because they should be shut down, it smells when you walk in and there’s always a poor lady sitting in her wheelchair in the hallway sleeping with amputated limbs, and the lady across from my Grandmother room always needs my help because the staff isn’t helping her! D

Do not take your loved one here. This place is horrible. The staff has very little empathy or concern for the elderlies. They're just there for a paycheck but not to do their job. Horrible place, The turnover is very high. They're constantly having new manager and new staffing. The staffing is horrible. Please hire people that has concern for the elderlies that has a concern for their job that has empathy, compassion, concern, professionalism. If not, please find somewhere else to work because taking care of the elderly is not for you
