Very rude older lady! I will never come back to this pharmacy because of her, she treated me today like if I’m from a different planet… from the moment I approached her she was very short and rude with me… she told me my insurance was not working when it’s valid and active … on top of everything she made me wait 45 minutes to get my medication and when another customer approached her, she was nice and said it was going to be only 10-15 minutes. She obviously had issues with me!! … how sad when a customer is treated like this, not sure what her reasons behind treating me like that was but I just wanted to let the owners know of this incident … I hope this lady learns how to better treat customers from all races without being prejudice due to their physical looks. Friendly Pharmacy always polite to all Customers, lots of things else to buy.

Incredibly rude staff. Did not help me what so ever, ended up leaving & feeling frustrated. Switched to Scott’s pharmacy in Fayette so much better!
