Jose at the front desk is very slow and on top of that he wastes time making conversation with the patients Why have someone that slow on a busy clinic with lots of people registering to see their doctor? Terrible service you need to hire someone who is able to take patients in faster.

I unfortunately had one of the worst doctor’s office experiences ever here. I went in to see a doctor who when I went in wasn’t there due to an emergency with another patient of hers. Instead, they asked if I was okay seeing a resident physician who was taking the patients for the doctor I came to see. I agreed. This resident physician was clearly not properly trained with how to speak to people because he was being kind of judgmental about something that he was just assuming. He also struggled to communicate properly so maybe there was some language gap? I’m not sure because it makes no sense to be judgmental about something he was literally assuming and was not true at all. He needs to learn how to properly communicate with patients without being judge mental or making assumptions and l

New patient here looking at getting treatment for flu like symptoms. Appointment was set at 9:30, literally had me sitting in the room over two hours with nothing accomplished. Had to leave because I had to pick daughter up from school.

I came here to get lab work done and they took TWO weeks to tell me that they lost my blood work. This place does not care about their patients and has terrible patient care. I will never go back here again.

Took time off work just to have my appointment canceled at 9am waste of a day and pto
