Esther went above and beyond while helping me pick up my glasses. She was kind, attentive, and made sure I was completely happy with everything. Highly recommend her!

I absolutely loved my experience at NSU! My student optometrist was highly skilled and such a beautiful person. If she continues her practice in South Florida I’d absolutely lock in as a regular patient. The staff are very friendly and a pleasure to laugh and chat with. I picked up my prescription today, and they are perfect. Overall I am very happy in choosing NSU Eye Care Institute.

The best I've had for the first time ever as a veteran. The student who attended me did an outstanding job. She will be a great optometrist soon. As for the store lady, she's a cool and very social person and makes you feel at ease. Thank you NSU for what you do for us veterans. May God bless you all.

I did not know what to expect. The friendliest staff for check in and then Dr. Faulkner comes and shows me the room and he did a very comprehensive exam. He explained everything he was doing and gave explanation about every test. After he was finished I walked over to the eye glass department and they were equally as friendly and answered all my questions. I will be back to purchase. Thank you all for an awesome experience!!!
