Fantastic team! They helped me quickly and they were very efficient. I even got a call the next day to check on my status. They made it very easy for a sick mom.

I would like to share my positive experience at NowCare-Volvo. The customer service staff was very friendly during check-in, and there was very little wait time. The back-office staff was smiling and cheerful, which made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Magno listened patiently as I explained my health concerns. She performed a thorough upper physical examination and later informed me that my tests for COVID and strep were negative. She explained that I had a virus and clearly outlined what I needed to do to recover. I truly appreciated the attention and care I received during my visit. Thank you for providing such professional and compassionate service.

Excellent experience at NowCare. Everyone was extremely professional and kind. Front desk administrators were friendly and competent. Medical staff was excellent and quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in detail and dispatched prescriptions right away. Highly recommend NowCare on Volvo. I’m always hesitant to visit an urgent care; however, I would not hesitate to return here. My experience from the check in process to exiting was flawless. I especially appreciated the kindness of the X-ray technician. His humor and kindness made the experience actually pleasant.

Very professional and helpful. Usually less crowded than Patient First (the major urgent care chain in the area) and an overall less stressful experience. If your primary care is through Bayview Physicians, a bonus is they link your records all in one place. Highly recommend!
