NowCare - Hanbury

I will never go back there. I did it out of convenience because Dr Lee is my doctor at bayview/ Hanbury medical. I was turned off how not knowledgeable the nurse was and she prescribed a medication I am allergic to and a steroid. All for a you’re respiratory infection. Thank God for CVS not giving the medication I’m allergic to. They saved my life. Be aware people. It can cost your life. I left a message last night and have not heard back.

Great experience overall. Wait time was very short. The check in was relatively easy. Receptionist was not exactly an openly warm, welcoming person. Perhaps someone with more of a people oriented personality would be a better fit in that role. The nurse was professional. Again not overly personable but not rude. The physician made up for them though. She was kind and took time to talk with me about what brought me in. She was thorough and in depth with my examination and explanation. I was very pleased with the care provided. I’m 63 and 500 miles from home visiting my son and his family so not having my own doctor was a little apprehensive for me. Overall, it was a smooth, easy experience.

The day I went was not particularly too busy. The longest part of my visit was being checked in, and that was only because it was my first time visiting this office. I was finishing up my labs and someone was already waiting to take me back before I had even had the chance to go back to the front to start the forms. After getting into the room, I had just finished filling out the forms when the nurse practitioner walked in with my test results. My exam was quick, and she went over next steps and what I could expect. I might have been there for a total of 30 minutes. I had a great experience and will go again, if needed.

I recently visited an urgent care facility and had an excellent experience. The service was outstanding, with staff members being both professional and friendly. I was impressed with the promptness of the care I received—there was minimal waiting time, and I was attended to quickly and efficiently. Moreover, the prescriptions were called in promptly, making it convenient to pick up my medication without any delays. The entire process was smooth and well-coordinated. I highly recommend this urgent care facility to anyone in need of quick and reliable medical attention. Their great service and efficiency truly stand out.

Wait was much shorter than I normally experience at Patient First. Was in and out in less than an hour. Was pleased with outcome of visit. Nurse Practitioner listened to my concern, was examined and given good recommendation for care, including medication. Follow up call following day to make sure I was doing well and to answer any questions/address any concerns. Definitely recommend over other urgent care centers.
