Excellent facility; amazing staff! Results in a short time have been incredible! I feel stronger already and hopeful that I can stay healthy with the information and training I have been given at Novos. Jonathan and his team are the best- experts in their fields and so professional. I have referred friends and family to Novos so they can get rid of pain/heal an injury and enjoy moving again!

Amazing place for both physical performance coaching/ training as well as fantastic massage and healing treatment. Jeff and Ben are great therapists here. Jeff, who I know better, has a background in martial arts and Reiki energy healing. You can feel the difference in his style of therapy/massage. His massages are unique and unlike others I've had before. Definitely feel much better and more relaxed after sessions with him. He's had this passion for energy and healing people through touch since his youth so he's really passionate about this. If you're looking for a good place to experience not just a massage but a healing and a re-charge, try these young men's clinic.
