The 3.6 star rating makes sense. No greeting or smiles in office. I would strongly caution anyone considering this office for dental care. My recent experience was not only deeply unprofessional—it bordered on negligent and cruel. To begin, I waited over 90 minutes past my scheduled appointment time without a single update or apology from the staff. When I was finally seen, the dental assistant accidentally struck me in the face while adjusting equipment. There was no real acknowledgment, no apology—just a brisk continuation of the procedure as if nothing had happened. The level of care I received can only be described as disinterested at best, and bordering on cruel at worst. At no point did I feel like a patient whose comfort or dignity mattered. I was very grateful that the office was able to squeeze me in at the end of December for an emergency root canal. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and super friendly! Dr. Rybicki was also very kind, professional and explained everything to me, including all options besides a root canal. I felt very comfortable in this office and had zero pain during the root canal and afterwards. If you need major dental work you should go here! Thank you, Dr. Rybicki!

The office staff are courteous, cheerful and helpful. They have state of the art equipment. Dr Rybicki stands by his work and does an excellent job! He also has outstanding assistants. I would definitely go back there.

Called to schedule an appointment. Was told I had an outstanding balance of $46.00 from over two years ago and multiple bills were sent. I replied I don't recall ever seeing such bills but if a balance did exist, I have no problem in paying. Receptionist went on to say I have to pay before I could schedule an appointment. I replied I will take my business elsewhere, where the business knows how to do business and not act as a disgruntled collection agency.

Dr. Rybicki and his team get 5-stars from me! Scheduling and check in was a breeze. I came prepared to get a root canal, and turns out all I needed was an adjustment to my bite - I am thrilled. Thank you!
