I have always had a great experience but this week I didn't have this great experience due to the ultrasound tech,Holly. She was short, snappy and showed absolutely no empathy, she only showed annoyance. It makes me question the results & intent of the blurry pictures of my ultrasound. She was rude with absolutely no bedside manners. Holly should retake the SPARK training program because she lacks compassion, empathy & connection. Highly dissatisfied with her.

Dr.'s here do not take the time to educate you. An IUD was pushed on me and come to find out when I went for a second opinion I would not be a candidate for the IUD they pushed. The did an unnecessary surgery on me and were mad I refused an IUD when I should have been offered several fibroids removal surgeries I am now well informed about from another facility. Dr. will not read your chart. Tried to push the IUD on me when my husband had a vasectomy. See the trend here? They only care about you having an IUD and not what is really wrong with you.

So happy I started going here during my pregnancy! The staff is amazing and Dr Rives is one of the best! Ended up having an unplanned C section for delivery, but Dr Rives did an amazing job of getting my baby to me. The staff at Forsyth hospital was so kind. I’m forever grateful! My postpartum care has also been great here! Highly recommend

Anesthesiologist was rude and haughty. Do not go here she did much harm to my family and I. Refused to go ahead with my surgery for no reason, I know this because I left the hospital and went straight to my PCP and they were flabbergasted. They saw nothing that would have kept me from having surgery today. Now I'm sitting here with dangerous cancerous cells in my body and there was no compassion, that lady should be fired, I wish I'd have gotten her name. Beware of this place.

I’ve had the absolute best experience with the doctors, nurses, phlebotomy technicians, ultrasound technicians—everyone—at this facility. I’ve been coming here for the past three years, and from the very beginning, I’ve felt nothing but love and support. During my pregnancy with our second child, we were especially touched by the compassionate care we received. At our very first ultrasound appointment, the sonographer detected hydrops in our daughter. Thanks to their attentiveness, we were quickly referred to incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and supportive specialists—including those at the Novant Maternal Fetal Medicine office and the Infectious Disease Specialist office.
