Where is the compassion for your patients, Dr. Smith—if you can even be called a doctor? You are old enough to know better and to act differently. I brought my son in on Sunday morning because he was very sick. He was seen by Dr. Smith and diagnosed with Influenza A and double ear infections. Antibiotics were sent to the pharmacy, and up until that point, everything was fine. On Wednesday at 3:00 PM, after three days of antibiotics, I called to request an extended school note because my son is still coughing, still running a fever, and is clearly not ready to return to school. I am almost certain the school nurse would end up calling me to pick him up anyway. I am trying to be responsible and prevent other children from getting sick, which is why I called. The receptionist told me that

I have always gone to this urgent care. The staff is great. I never have to wait long. However I had a horrible experience yesterday with the Dr. From now oni will call to see if he's the one there. If so I will go somewhere else. Dr Smith is horrible. He told me I will probably have the pain from my shingles will probably never go away. I said are you serious? He smiled and said Yes! Horrible bedside manner. If they don't get rid of Dr Smith the place will close!

I was a walk in trying to see if I need stitches or not following a head injury I sustained while walking out a store I happened to work at. Was told after waiting an hour and paying for the visit that it is a workmans comp issue and I'll have to pay an additional $200 or a bill that has no upper limit unless my work got involved. They didn't care about me and everyone in the office (there is only 5 people) sat there with eyes of judgement. They spoke like they wanted to milk my insurance for unnecessary treatments. They then spent 30 minutes talking their phone functionality and I ended up just getting up and leaving and going to a different place

I would not recommend this place. The lady at the front desk was kind and the nurse tech that took my vitals was nice. I had been having terrible headaches for over a week and having Visual disturbances with them which I never experienced before. He walked in, just stared at me with his arms crossed as I told him what I was experiencing. Then he said “so you’ve experienced worse headaches than the one you’re experiencing right now” he went back and forth with me on this when I told him no this is just different than what I’ve experienced in the past. Basically diminishing my pain. He asked if I had any medical conditions and I told him sarcoidosis and his response was “oh man, that’s tough” 🤨 and I told him I’m diabetic and he said type 1 or type 2 and I said MODY and he said oh so type

Wouldn’t recommend this place unless was guaranteed to see a different doctor. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. The doctor was not! He was rude with no beside manner, no personality at all really. He barely looked at my daughter who we already knew had hand foot and mouth because two of my other children had just had it and with one look at her arm for all of half a second and he said she didn’t have it and then said “next”. Meaning it was my turn to be checked out. Again, barely looked and wouldn’t let me get a word in. Dismissed both of us! We then went to a different urgent care where it was confirmed that we do have hand foot and mouth. The doctor at the other urgent care said “I don’t know how that doctor didn’t know this was hand foot and mouth. It’s obvious”. Same th
