Novant Health Urgent Care – North Aiken (Formerly Doctors Care)

I brought my son in this morning, he’s autistic and bringing him to the doctors can be nerve wracking. James was so wonderful, we were seen as soon as we walked into our room. I let him know my son doesn’t always do well with the ear and mouth check, he was so kind to him. Made it super fun, positive, and fast. it was the best my son has ever done getting his ears checked. Thank you for everything.

I unfortunately became sick and I was unable to see my PCP. So I went to the urgent care, everyone I came in contact with from the front desk to the nurse practitioner was efficient and professional. Not to mention a quick visit and I follow up call to see if I was feeling better. Definitely would go back if the need were to arise.

Please don’t go here. Unprofessional and UNWELCOMING is an understatement. The data entry people at the front are inept socially and professionally. Made the onboarding process for my employer so difficult. I had to drive up there 3 times in 24 hours to ask them to fix a MISTAKE on my medical forms. I was met with resistance and told I was incorrect by MULTIPLE staff… the physical I recieved was SUBPAR and the Doctor with black hair sped through my physical. Making comments about how she didn’t feel like going through standard procedures. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!! PLS

Brought my wife here to get a TB test for starting a new job. If you've ever done one of these, you know that you have to go back 48-72 hrs. later for them to read it. We got there and Katina G. at the front desk gave us some critical missing info. Not gonna lie, I was pretty frustrated that I didn't have that info beforehand and was prepared to leave, however Katina went over and above and made a phone call and got things squared away for us. Thank you so much Katina!! You definitely made the difference for us today. And everyone that my wife dealt with while there was nice as well, we would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

All staff were pleasant to work with. They listened to issues, symptoms. Discuss remedies. Follow up checking on me 2 days later.
