Novant Health Urgent Care – Murrells Inlet (Formerly Doctors Care)

Went this morning to get a simple ear cleaning. It was busy with about an hour wait. They suggested to make an appoint. I did. Got their early and waited about an hour past the appointment time and still had two people ahead. Why make appointments? This is a management problem. They can't do a schedule. I would advise you to go somewhere else. I did.

Receptionists very calm kind cheerful even when busy. Excellent reception. PA and her assistant were Excellent. PA addressed my issue with great understanding and care. Please don't change a thing with your staff.

Not sure the name of the Dr that treated me- but she’s doing exactly what she was meant to do! The level of care that I received at this office was beyond my expectations. Had me feeling better within 2 days! I hope I won’t need urgent care again but if I do, this will be my go to moving forward!

All employees gave me excllent care. Receptionist greeted me and promptly got my information and registered me. Nurse took my vidals and got me ready for the PA visit. The PA was timely and address my concerns. She analyed my problem and prescribed an appropriate medication. I was well pleasesed with my visit.

Very friendly and caring staff, doctors and clerical staff. It's such a blessing to have somewhere to "walk in" when your sick and be seen. It's so hard to get doctors appointment here. It literally gives me peace of mind. Thank you for being there for our community.
