⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to thank the team at this urgent care for the excellent care I received on Saturday. From the very beginning, the receptionist was professional, kind, and efficient, which made a big difference during a difficult situation. I would especially like to recognize Dr. Jeffrey Del Real, who was extremely patient and compassionate. He provided great support, took the time to truly listen, and guided me professionally through what I was experiencing after the incident I suffered involving Walgreens pharmacy staff. Dr. Del Real helped calm me down, explained everything clearly, and gave me precise and easy-to-follow treatment instructions. His professionalism, empathy, and human approach made me feel supported and well cared for. I highly recommend this urgent care and am tru
Visited on 11/18/25 at about 7:30 p.m., when I discovered the front desk had apparently been handed over to someone who believes customer service is a competitive sport… and the goal is to make patients regret showing up. The receptionist on duty, late twenties to early thirties, greeted me with an attitude so sharp it could've performed its own stitches. Nothing like being sick and then getting hit with a vibe check from someone who treats compassion like it’s optional. Every question felt like I had somehow inconvenienced her by existing. She wasn’t just having a bad day. She was an entire tornado warning. Absolutely out of control. If Doctor’s Care wants to live up to its name, they might want to start with the person patients see first. No one should have to fight for basic decency
The women at the front desk Tammy is super rude , impatient I am writing to formally report a concerning experience involving patient care and front-desk staff conduct at your clinic. On Sunday, my wife visited your clinic due to persistent coughing. She was seen by an Asian doctor, who advised her to first try over-the-counter medication and mentioned that antibiotics might be considered if her symptoms worsened. After returning home, my wife’s condition became significantly worse. I called the clinic to ask whether the provider could prescribe antibiotics as previously discussed. The staff member who answered told me she would contact the provider and call me back. I never received a return call. Approximately four hours later, I went to the clinic in person and spoke with a staff me
I was here about a week ago. The front desk staff is so rude and inconsiderate that people are there because they are not feeling well! They were very short when I was checking in. And while waiting to be called back I witnessed them be rude to several patients and even make snarky little comments about the patients once they had walked away. The only reason I gave to 2 stars was because the provider I saw was great. As for the front desk they need to be retrained or fired. They definitely acted like working there was an inconvenience to their life.
I came here after work around 7pm after being bitten by a cat. I was turned away by another urgent care and this one accepted me with open arms. I’m not sure why the reviews are bad- I had nothing but a great experience. Reception was kind and patient. The dr was running a bit behind but they made sure to communicate that to us and that we would still be seen despite them closing soon. Long story short, this urgent care saved me from having to go to the ER. The dr was incredibly smart, and knew right away how serious cat bites are. She immediately determined infection had set in and got me on antibiotics before all the stores closed. I’m eternally grateful, otherwise I would’ve ended up in the ER likely waiting all night. Thank you Novant Health ❤️
