They honored the time I scheduled, even took me in a few minutes early. Schedule online and pre-check in with the texted link. This makes your process smooth and easy. The receptionist was pleasant and professional. The Dr. listened and was knowledgeable. I recommend this care facility.

Horrible service i don't know what is Wrong with the Lady at the Counter she is Nasty and Stupid they made me wait for 30 to 40 minutes just to see me for literally 1 minute charge my insurance then send me to the Emergency Room why did they even brought me Back to the room If they new they couldn't help me this is not Fair. This was such a horrible experience .

I highly recommend this office! The staff are absolutely incredible. Linda, in particular, is such a wonderful person—she helped me with my issue with genuine kindness and positivity. My family and I will be using this office for all our future medical needs. We’re so grateful to have found such a caring team!

I would not recommend this Doctors Care location based on my recent visit. I came in covered in poison ivy, looking for some quick relief. The front desk staff and the nurse who first saw me were both very kind and professional — I truly appreciated their attitude and care. Unfortunately, my interaction with Dr. Megan Sumner was disappointing. She was in the room for less than three minutes and made unnecessary comments such as, “You must not be from South Carolina” I’m not sure why that was relevant to my medical care. She told me my case wasn’t “bad enough” for a steroid and that “people come in here head-to-toe with poison ivy.” She said she would prescribe a topical treatment, then quickly walked me out of the room. When I picked up the prescription, it was simply 10mg of Loratadin
