Novant Health Urgent Care – Anderson (Formerly Doctors Care)

This review is long overdue. I was sent here by my employer following a work-related injury that occurred on 10/8/24. I continued to come here for follow-up appointments for most of 2025. The whole staff were all pleasant and cared for my needs. A special shout-out to nurse practitioner, Rachel Dorsey, thank-you so much for your beautiful spirit, patience, and diligence to go above and beyond to help me through this traumatizing experience. You always took time out to make sure all of my paperwork was filled out in a timely manner and showed so much concern for my healing process. I am still recovering but I thank-you and the whole staff who played a part in helping to get me where I am today! I highly recommend your services to others.

They were absolutely wonderful! Without a doubt the friendliest people I’ve ever experienced. They were able to figure out my issues when another urgent care in town could not. Will definitely be back for any future issues!

We have used this place for several years when we need to be seen quickly. Always taken great care of and super thankful when my husband was sick last week they said he needed to go to the ER and even called ahead. The ONLY urgent care in Anderson I use.

Top of the notch care and service. Very professional and thorough. Can't say enough good things about Haley, PA. She went above and beyond without hesitation. One of the best urgent care centers in town!

My son developed a bad sore throat & congestion overnight last weekend. We were able to be seen by Rachel promptly. She was very concerned & caring. She sent a antibiotic prescription immediately to his pharmacy. We give her 5 stars !
