Novant Health Urgent Care – Aiken Mall (Formerly Doctors Care)

We had an excellent experience at this urgent care when my son broke his elbow. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was friendly, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about his comfort and care. The front desk staff was kind and efficient, the nurses and radiology tech were patient and reassuring, and the doctor took great care in explaining everything and making sure my son felt at ease. They took X-rays promptly and carefully placed his arm in a splint. What truly stood out was the follow-up call a few days later to check on how he was doing. That level of care and attentiveness meant so much to our family. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of urgent care.

Was able to make an online appt the night before. Was told there was only one doctor so it might take a little longer & I appreciate being told that. They were awesome from front door, xray, diagnosis from Dr. Matt. Hope I don’t need to go again soon but will if I need to. They also do stitches! MUCH less expensive than the ER!!!

Pleasant, efficient staff. The nurse was kind and polite. Dr. Darraugh is a gem who is knowledgeable and actually listened to me! When I walked out, I felt empowered and respected, and fully in charge of my own health. Highly recommend.❤️ And a follow up call to see how I’m doing - wow!!

A very good visit in less than an hour. Had set appointment time online. Care from nurse practitioner was excellent with details discussed putting my mom at ease knowing drug interactions were avoided and she was in safe care. All staff were attentive and helpful.

Dr M.Hanna was very polite he takes his time with you, my husband and I were very pleased with him. He is a very good doctor. when I was sick around this time last year, I had him and I was very please then , Im so happy when I seen him walk through that door.I was hoping to see him again we are very pleased with him and I hope in the future I can continue to get him. thank you.
