I have Multiple Sclerosis and was excited to find this facility close to home. The nurses cared for me in my own room. The gym has many equipment that helped me function. The physical therapists and occupational therapists were on target with my needs. The case managers guided me everyday. The entire staff was amazing. Thank You.

This place is extremely clean, smells amazing! All the staff is so nice and don't mind helping in anyway they can I mean even the supervisors and office staff will come help you if you need it. I really enjoyed my stay!! Thank you kindly everyone for helping me get independent enough to come home and finish healing.

Encompass Rehabilitation exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived after my stroke, the nurses and CNAs treated me like royalty. The doctors actually listened when I expressed concerns about pain from a hematoma—and they actively treated it, which meant so much. The food was excellent, and I appreciated being asked daily what I wanted for my meals the next day. The bedside manner from both the occupational and physical therapy teams was the best I’ve ever experienced at any medical facility. They didn’t just care for me—they motivated me to get better and equipped me with tools to navigate life once I got home. I had an incredible experience at Encompass Health. The staff, from housekeeping all the way up to the CEO, was exceptionally professional and compassionate. The facility was modern and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. I was especially touched by the personal touches, like the housekeeping staff creating a beautiful towel arrangement that looked like swans in a heart shape. The CEO personally came to wish me well, making me feel truly valued. I also had an amazing caseworker who handled all of my needs, ensuring everything was taken care of. Wouldn’t recommend. My husband had brain surgery and couldn’t do many things on his own. Lost use of his right side and couldn’t stand on his own either. They lack communication-didn’t communicate important things about my husbands care, like removal of staples in his head. They were in weeks longer than necessary. Didn’t communicate with me when I would request things. I would have to ask 2-3 times about something and I was always told they would get back to me. They lack professionalism. They didn’t assist my husband with his Cpap for days. I had to start staying past visiting hours to ensure he got it put on at night. When I mentioned to the supervising night nurse, I was told they don’t check on patients all night, unless they are getting meds. SERIOUSLY! Some of the nurses were great,
