TL;DR: Go elsewhere if you can! The location was very nicely maintained and everyone was very pleasant. However, I did not receive good medical care, was completely misdiagnosed and ended up having to go to the ER the following day! I came in with a severe headache (that had been going on for more than 3 days) and minor throat irritation and without even looking in my ears or nose, was diagnosed with a viral sinus infection (after testing negative for Covid, flu and strep). I did not have any runny nose, congestion, nor stuffiness and also explained that I was having neck, shoulder, and jaw muscle pain. While the PA I saw was efficient, I felt she didn’t give me enough credit when telling her what I had done in the past for this chronic condition and wanted to do what she wanted to do. I went with her suggestions and, as I expected, had to make a second visit because her prescriptions did not help. I know what works for me. Providers should listen.

Urgent care took care of me promptly. The Nurse and Dr. diagnosed my condition accurately and gave me medication for recovery. I am still recovering but so glad I decided to get expert advise.
