I could talk all day about the great experiences I’ve had at Novant GoHealth on Leceister Hwy. My first visit was after Helene and I needed a tetanus shot. I walked in without an appointment but whole process took only about an hour. After that I had 3 unrelated injuries in the past year that all needed medical care. I made an appointments for all three online. I was in and out in 30-45 minutes for all three. In addition the staff are amazing. I received amazing care each time. From the receptionist to the PA’s and nurses all are top notch!

Been here 3 x in 3 months for different things for different people I love and myself. The staff at the facility are friendly and helpful, if you book your appointment online ahead of time, if ya can, it’s super quick and if not then it’s still quick. The facility appears to be state of the art equipped. PA Nathan listens well and makes solid decisions in addition to being empathetic. I will go there again and I recommend this facility to everybody. 🤙

I was able to get right in. The staff was caring, compassionate and didn't treat me like a pariah because I had Covid. I was prescribed Paxlovid and given advice on how to get a price reduction from Pfizer. It worked and I got the prescription for free. 😁 I started the regimen and am feeling much better now.

I can’t speak to their quality because I cancelled the appointment. The price was $359 for a walk in with no insurance! Urgent cares typically cost $120-$200. They are literally double and don’t tell you the cost until it’s your appointment time, so I wasted 30 minutes sick as a dog waiting just to cancel. I’m sure this place is fine, but if you don’t have insurance the cost is absolutely ludicrous.

Easy in and out, we made an appointment online and there was no wait after checking in when we got there. We were placed in a room and within 5 minutes the doctor came and saw us and diagnosed and answered all our questions. All the staff were very kind and professional.
