Very easy to make an appointment in the late afternoon. Wasn’t expecting to get one until next day. Office staff made my check in process smooth and quick. Nurse and doctors were extremely knowledgeable, I never felt rushed, everyone listen to my comments, felt very welcomed and super friendly!
We just switched to Novant Pediatrics and what a great experience it has been, all along. Both the Kernersville and Summerfield locations have great staff; but we met Dr. Aubuchon at the Summerfield location today and he is absolutely wonderful with the children. The office is beautiful and the staff is so warm and welcoming. Got an appointment same day and couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician office. Highly recommend!
Entire experience from checking in, to meeting with the doctor, to checking out was awesome! Everyone we encountered was efficient, friendly, and professional. Our family loves Forsyth Peds and so happy to have them in Summerfield!
Such an amazing staff! My kids loved the toy machines well.. we love all the Forsyth peds locations but this one was top tier for sure!
Loved my experience. My daughter was nervous but Dr A made her so comfortable. Wish I could give them 10 stars.
