NOVA Patient Care | Primary & Urgent Care in Crystal City, Arlington

I visited this clinic today while feeling extremely sick with severe stomach pain, fever, and dehydration, and I honestly cannot thank the team enough for the care I received. The staff and nurses were incredibly kind, patient, and professional even though I arrived in really bad shape. They made me feel safe and cared for from the moment I walked in. Dr. Joshi was outstanding. He immediately understood what was happening and treated me with great attention and expertise. Thanks to his care and the treatment he prescribed, I started feeling better very quickly. I truly appreciate the compassion and professionalism of everyone at this clinic. When you are sick and vulnerable, it means everything to be treated with such kindness and competence

This patient care location is a Godsend! The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Nikky who is the medical assistant at the front desk and inside the exam room helped me by taking down detailed notes, including instructions that I mentioned I might forget to tell the doctor. D. Joshi the medical provider and his asssistant Samara helped me a ton and have improved my health condition! Thanks a bunch!

I am thoroughly impressed by the entire staff at NOVA Patient Care! Each individual I had the pleasure of dealing with was friendly, professional, attentive, and took tremendous pride in their work. The level of care was top notch. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for stellar medical attention!!!

I walked in without an appointment with a heart issue. Front desk was very helpful and quick to register me. I was seen quickly and Dr. Mobasher was very kind and thoughtful with his diagnosis and determined that I needed to go to the ER Quickly. Great, thorough and thoughtful care!

I didn’t feel comfortable during my visit today. The assistant and the front desk were generally nice but some of Dr. Joshi’s comments felt dismissive and based on cultural assumptions. Ignoring a Vitamin D deficiency and suggesting its a fad is a pretty hot take from a doctor. I decided to seek care elsewhere. Others may have different experiences, but this was mine.
