Nova Patient Care has been an excellent healthcare provider in my experience. Scheduling was efficient, and I did not experience long wait times for my appointment. The physician was attentive, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and respectfully. I truly appreciate the high level of care and professionalism provided

Second time I’ve tried to come here because of a hives outbreak and they’ve been closed, so this must be standard practice for them. Walked 20 mins in 9-degree weather only to see a sign saying they’re closed. I called and asked them to update their website so others don’t show up unnecessarily. Didn’t happen. I know it took longer to type and print the sign than it would have to update their website.

Great experience! Unlike most places, it is very easy to get an appointment even as a new patient. I was able to get a same-day appointment and didn't have to wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen. The portal registration process is very straightforward. This should be the standard for all doctors' offices. Most places are inefficient with apathetic staff and unclear policies. NPC makes everything clear. Thank you NPC staff!

It was my first time visiting this health center, and the staff was incredibly professional and welcoming. Dr. Bracken was attentive, kind, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the visit. Highly recommend.

I was able to get a same day appointment which was great, and I was seen as soon as I got there. Barbara was extremely thorough and was listening to my concerns which I really appreciated!! The medical assistant on the other hand wasn’t friendly or welcoming at all - he really didn’t seem to care about anything and wasn’t the most comforting.
