Nourish (and Doc Megan) has been life changing for me. I feel so safe and cared for. I had no idea you could feel so good while pregnant! I have noticed myself feeling much calmer in general in life, as well as so much less tension in my body. The nutritional and general health advise has been so helpful! I never feel rushed and always know Megan will happily give me all the details when I ask her questions about the body. She is so knowledgeable on so many subjects! Love bringing my kids and babies to her as well as she is so gentle in her approach.

I have been coming here for about 6 years now and just can’t say enough about these doctors. They were a total life saver with my last two babies! With baby #3 I was experiencing prodromal labor for DAYS.. not cute little contractions, extreme, shoot out of bed kind of contractions, and then they would stop because my son wasn’t in the right position. In a moment when I thought “they’re going to have to cut this baby out of me”, Nourish was able to see me that day and after they did whatever they did, it was on. Real labor. Baby born at home. Very similar story with my 4th, except that time I was recovering from Covid. They were there for me every step of the way, helping me with the weird pains that pregnancy would bring me, there for me during labor and came to my house during those earl

Brought my 14 year old to see Dr Kelsey Metz. She had repeated ear infections recently. Dr Kelsey was approachable and related well to my daughter. Her exam was thorough and my daughter came away with a positive attitude about adjustments. I appreciated the take home tips and care in which the doctor took with my child. Highly recommend for an effective alternative to western medicine.

I started going to Dr. Liz before my first kiddo was born and her and the team have been an absolute gift to our family. It has been four years of going monthly and my husband and I were just talking this morning about how much Dr. Liz has saved us with her wisdom in digestive issues with my son, prenatal care for my back, supplement and mouth breathing suggestions and more. Her and the team are so patient and loving in the way they give care to my kids, they could play there for hours! Grateful beyond measure!

I have been going to Nourish for several years now, started in my infertility journey, thanks to one of my good friends for the recommendation. I've seen Dr. Kelsey, Dr. Liz, and Dr. Megan and I love all of them! I see Dr. Megan on their monthly plan. Dr. Megan is always very kind to answer questions or help me through physical issues I'm having at the moment I'm having the issue. It's been nice to have their support as we take a journey through parenthood! Edit: I've been seeing Ruth for prenatal massage. I've LOVED my appointments with her. She is empathetic and focuses on the things that I need her too. So nice.
