Not Your Basic Physical Therapy (NYBPT)

I cannot say enough good things about Adelle. From day one, she has been one of the most attentive, thoughtful, and knowledgeable PTs I’ve ever worked with. Recovering from an injury can feel overwhelming, but Adelle has a way of making you feel supported and capable. She doesn’t apply a one-size-fits-all approach. Every session feels intentional and personalized. She explains the “why” behind everything we’re doing. If you’re looking for a physical therapist who is not only highly skilled and smart but also invested in your success, you want her on your team!

Adelle is amazing and provides thoughtful answers to all my questions. When I describe a symptom I’m having, she knows exactly how to tweak the exercise to work the same muscle group without pain. Adelle is the best PT EVER!! After an ACL surgery and trying three other physical therapists I was referred to Prehab which changed my outlook on physical therapy and got me back to working full time. She is knowledge and creates plans that are individualized to you and helps set realistic goals. One year later and two injuries she continues to be the best. I’m so happy to continue working with her at her new location and continuing to challenge myself!
