I called to change my appointment and after trying several times a day for 3 days some one finally answered the phone. I was transferred to another person and placed on hold for 15 minutes. You can be the greatest surgeon on the planet but if no one answers the phone you're useless. I canceled the appointment and went to Willimantic; they picked up on the second ring, customer service!! what a concept, you should try it some time. Good luck all. Cheers.

Arrived in a wheelchair. Every single person I dealt with was professional and caring. Dr Arcand and her staff are amazing, especially when dealing with an emergency. I left knowing nothing was broken and I'm on my way to recovery. Excellent care!

The doctors are terrific and never had a bad experience. However like the majority of the complaints here with the Franklin/Norwich office beware of calling because it's an exercise in futility. I suspect that the one phone to this place is situated behind a locked door down a long hallway. When the phone rings if the janitor is passing by he shuffles down the hall and starts fumbling with a large ring of keys to find the right one to open the door. Once the door is open the phone either disconnects or when you call back he has the phone in his hand hence the busy signal. He locks the door again, goes back down the hall and when it begins ringing again he starts down the hall once more and the process is repeated infinitely.
