I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care my loved one received at Norview Heights Nursing Home. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The changes in staff here truly goes above and beyond. They are not only professional and skilled but also incredibly compassionate. Each caregiver treats the residents like family, showing genuine interest in their well-being and happiness. The nursing team is attentive and responsive, ensuring that all medical needs are met promptly. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our family had a very concerning experience with this facility. Five outfits belonging to our loved one, were lost while she was a resident. Every item was clearly labeled with her name, yet the clothing was never located or returned. In addition, her wheelchair was removed from her room when another resident was placed there. The family was not notified that the wheelchair had been removed or where it was taken. We were told the Housekeeping Manager was the only person who knew its location, but due to poor communication and lack of documentation, staff were unable to provide that information at the time. We also observed a serious safety issue. There is a sign posted outside stating the doors lock at 8:00 p.m., but the doors are never locked. Anyone can walk into the facility at any t

Norview Heights really is a great facility. The staff is friendly and the leadership is the very best. Alice, DON truly cares about the residents in their community and it shows. It feels like a home and not just nursing facility. Brittani, Administrator is always spunky and has really increased that home like feeling since coming on just a few months ago.

This is the second time I have been in Norview Heights Rehabilitation. I has dramatically improved and I highly recommend it. The staff are attentive and great. The Nurse's are above board and the Administration really are attentive to your needs and truly care. I give this rehab 5 Stars and feel this should be a model for the State inspectors to base how other should be.

Lisa in Activities has been a big change to Norview, my family and I are so thankful for her and changes that she has made. It's amazing how every time I talk to or see my mother in law, she is excited about the activities that are presented on the calendar. Bingo is her all-time favorite. Just the fact that my mother-in-law is now coming out the room brings us so much joy. You all did a wonderful job in hiring Lisa
