Norton Prompt Care at Walgreens - Dixie

Wow. I brought my 7-year-old son in because he was feeling ill and we were so well taken care of. Jessica and Beverly were absolutely amazing. They obviously know how to speak with children, usually my son is so shy but he opened right up. Jessica was gentle and explained vital signs to my son to make it less intimidating. Beverly was so knowledgeable and made things easy for us. She swabbed his throat and told us we could go, that she would call us with the results. We didn't even have to wait. 10 minutes later she called and she also sent my son's prescription to a much closer pharmacy than we were going to go to. We were in and out quickly, the service was very efficient. When my son and I got into the car afterward, he told me that he didn't want to go to any other doctor from now on!

Inept little clinic staff. My appt was for 2:45. There was a wreck on Dixie that made me 7 minutes late. I stood there checking in, I was the ONLY person there, the kiosk worker was chitchatting with other staff. By the time she addressed me it was literally 1 minute outside of the 10 minute grace period window. And she told me I could only reschedule for over an hour later.

Ami the nurse and Jessica I saw last week. Great experience. Efficient. Friendly. Clean. Small office but perfect for minor illness.

I came in needing help. Amy, the practioner accused me of what she called "ICC jumping". I was seen at another site but that doesn't give her the right to humiliate me by even suggesting I was doing anything more than seeking help. I'll never go there again. I'm sharing this with my family and friends so that they don't go there either.

Walgreens Clinic 10/30/24. Jessica Eaton is very rude, no manners and incompetent. Two days prior I made an appointment for a sports physical online. There was an option to prepay for service. I paid $25 co-pay online. I go to the appointment early today, Jessica Eaton was very short with me without prompt. Eventually she and then the nurse practitioner state they will not see me because I seem to have an attitude. To be clear there was no attitude. Simply stating facts, that I had already been charged. Which she stated that I was not and that the screen showed $0 co-pay. Of course it did, because I paid online. Since when is someone denied services? When threatening or acting erratically correct? I was doing neither, either verbally or physically.
