Norton Pharmacy - Brownsboro

I will not use this pharmacy anymore! Rude staff, always saying they do not have time to help out if there is an issue with your prescription, insurance, etc. I drove from Prospect to Nortons Audubon and was treated with curtesy and professionalism! Nortons Brownsboro pharmacy staff should take note! When one is not feeling well, trying to pick up medication that hopefully will help, being flippant and rude is not helpful! Yes, of course that goes both ways, the party seeking medication needs to understand these things can take time, however, I will not allow anyone on this earth to attempt to talk down to me , be rude, just because they are having a bad day or have a messed up life! No matter who they are, I am definitely not the one! Period! 🤷🏾✌🏽

Jean Caldwell is a very very rude lady! She was very disrespectful to me and treated me like I was not a customer
