Norton Immediate Care Center - Middletown

Sharon at the Norton Immediate Care Center was truly exceptional during my husband’s visit. From the moment he arrived, she handled the intake process with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine compassion. She took the time to listen carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure all information was accurate while never making him feel rushed. What stood out most was her calm, reassuring manner during a stressful time. She treated my husband with kindness and respect and helped us feel confident that he was in good hands before seeing the doctor. Sharon is a wonderful example of how much a caring and attentive intake professional can impact a patient’s experience. We are very grateful for her dedication and excellent care.

I want to say this was one of the best immediate care facilities I’ve been to in a while. From the cleanliness, to the receptionist Aimee making my check in easy for me I was feeling horrible she brought waters out for everyone. To the doctor I saw! Thanks for a great experience!!!

The lobby staff was nice and professional, they got me in fairly quick. The nurse was polite and seemed happy, like she enjoyed her job and the Dr was very informative. When feeling sick it’s nice to jump into an urgent care like this, thank you.

I am so grateful there is such a great clinic so close to my home. I have used their services three times this year and every time we were in and out in less than 45 minutes. Everyone there is so nice and highly recommend.

I went today and they were so good and helpful, MD Shastine M Sharp was patient with us and try to understand and listen to my mom even tho mom was talking in Spanish and I was translating for her. She gave us the medication that mom just needed!
