Norton Immediate Care Center - Audubon

This is another five star review of one of the finest medical facilities in Louisville. When my wife experienced problems yesterday afternoon, we immediately went to this Immediate Care Center. From the time we walked in and until we returned home and had a follow-up call from our physician, the care and attention we received was six stars on a five-star rating system. In particular, Lindsay, the nursing assistant who helped us, and Dr. Bolín went above and beyond. And did I mention that everyone was very friendly and caring? An excellent facility staffed by incredibly caring and talented people.

Clean, quiet Very kind and friendly staff who cared about how I was feeling and gave me a bottle of water when my coughing would not stop. All people in waiting room stayed masked while I was there. Nurses and Doctor were thorough and had excellent bedside manner. This might be my favorite urgent care visit ever.

Very kind and helpful staff at the Audubon location. There was no feeling of being rushed out of the clinic. Troy listened to my concerns and discussed a few different possible treatment options. I appreciate their attentiveness.

Stopped in feeling under the w weather while visiting family. I recommend doing an online appointment but they still managed to get me in in about an hour. Once I was in things went pretty quickly. Overall place is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

It’s best to make an online appointment that way you’ll get notified if the office is behind and they will send you a new time to come in. From the reception desk to the nurse that took my blood pressure and strep test and the other lady who did my Covid/flu test to the doctor they were very friendly and as many people who were either already in a room to the waiting room they were pretty fast. I was highly pleased with the people who were working there tonight
