Cressman Physical Therapy personnel very professional, clearly explained aspects of their part in patient rehabilitation, office very clean, Covid19 precautions a top priority and personnel observed personnel sanitizing equipment, etc., being used. Masks are required, excellent social distancing.

Do not come here unless you like pain and want to be completely ignored. My wife was passing a 10 mil kidney stone and didn't finally get pain meds until almost 12 hours from the pain starting. Our nurse was working overtime and appeared very frustrated. We should have gone to Baptist. Good luck.

Very poor service and staff are not responsive. Stayed one full day and did not see a doctor. Wonder how they call this a hospital
