Norton Community Medical Associates - Preston

I have used this facility for several years. They have definitely improved the staff friendliness over the years and are much better at engaging you upon arrival as well at checkout time. The lab is always very prompt. I really wish they would change their scale back to pounds vice the metric read out. My NP has always been very good.

I have been a patient at Norton Community Medical for over a decade and have always had the best experience. Treated well from the door to all the nurses, lab techs, secretaries and special kudos to my doctor Steven Patton. Always given the time and conversation for all my concerns. A+

The office staff are friendly and efficient. Been through three different GP doctors since 1998; all were good care givers staying up with my health needs. Fully confident my newest GP will walk in the same cares and concerns. I stay with this office over others for this same confidence I have in them.

Dr. Jonathan Wilding is absolutely the best he takes time to sit down and listen to what is going on with you. The man truly cares about you as a person: I wouldn’t go anywhere else. His staff is always been amazing to me.

I’m so embarrassed signing in for the first time my insurance information was repeated loudly over and over and over again while trying to get it into the system. I would strongly suggest some sort of cubicle dividers to provide some sort of privacy.
