Norton Community Medical Associates - Pleasure Ridge Park

Not a good experience. Never was able to see the actual doctor and the main issue needing treatment was ignored. My medication was discontinued and no alternative was offered. This office just wanted to test to find issues that they wanted to treat. I am currently seeking a new primary care physician. My insurance copay was $25 dollars and I was charged 75 at this office for some reason. I will say that the nurse practitioner was very nice and easy to talk to as well as office staff.To bad as this is the closest office to my home

I have no experience of NCMA - PRP as a patient. I don't know why Norton is soliciting my opinion. The emphasis on public relations is somewhat puzzling? Annoying? Concerning?
